ITZA supports contracts compiled to WASM. You can write ITZA contracts in Rust, C, C++, or any language that compiles to WASM. WASM contracts may not call other contracts; however, they are capable of performing transactions on the network, including creating new assets, transferring funds, and executing many of the functions in this portal (such as locking wallets, initiating stake, etc)
ITZA supports the execution of Ethereum EVM contracts.
EVM Contracts can specify the base currency to use for gas and
transfers (ie, ITZA Coin or an alt-coin installed on a cluster).
Each ITZA Wallet has a matching EVM-compatible address.
When making calls to EVM contracts, you must use
EVM-compatible addresses.
